Since it's the off-season who do we think it going to be the top 4 teams next year (all 4 semi finals teams), and bottom 4 teams for the draft?

Bottom 4 are Arizona, Chicago, Montreal, and Philadelphia. Top 4 are Colorado, Calgary, Carolina, and Toronto (with the caveats that Toronto needs to get a decent goaltender and Calgary needs to bring all their free agents back, but we don’t have clarity on that yet).
