Raty didn’t struggle, Karpat put him in a 4th line role with barely any PP time. The trade will be good for him, he’ll likely get Top 6 min and play on the PP

He rotated between the 4th and 2nd line with the one time 3rd line duty and did not do well in either of the roles given which resulted in him getting traded. So basically in 6 games played this season he was on the 4th line 3 times the 3rd line once and the 2nd line twice times and a HS 3 times Within his time as a 2nd and 3rd liner that was his time to impress and he didnt. His lack of PP time was mainly due to him not performing well. As in order to get PP time you need to impress and with Karpat having some strong PP players he would really have to out work someone to take their spot.

He still has time to rebound in Jukurit but if he cant make it with that team, god help him

Mostly 4th line - the only time he played on the 2nd line was when one of the centers was out. A 4th line role is more of a defensive role and not only are his defensive metrics strong, he leads all Karpat forwards in CF% at 5v5 despite most of his starts in the Dzone. To say he didn’t perform well is an exaggeration. For whatever reason Karpat didn’t want to give him an increased role, maybe It was his attitude or because they prefer veteran players - but one thing has remained constant, Raty has been an extremely strong play driver in liiga since the beginning of last season. The lack of production is due to low ice time and an unlucky oish% - increased ice time in an offensive role will be good for his development.

The ONLY reason I’m excited to watch ESPN tonight for the Sharks game is that I’m hoping to get to enjoy some more absolutely abysmal camera work.

Gonna go "um achktually" on this; the Blackhawks haven't signed him. Doubt he knows what's going on with the organization or really cares. Don't have to worry about him crossing into the NHL because he's not very good at hockey, either.

Perhaps offensive was the wrong word to use on my part. Maybe more so im thinking it wasnt the most mature thing in the world to affiliate yourself with such an evil group. But like you said, halloween is a night to impersonate evil beings, most of which are made up, and not a real threat to real people's lives. That's all! I just dont think its the most appropriate costume given the current circumstances, but to each their own! Thats his opinion, hes an adult he made the choice, and I wouldnt have come to the same conclusion.
