Just because you don’t like my trades doesn’t make me a troll. I am doing a trade Marner series looking at teams that can acquire him. If you don’t like it you don’t have to click.

Change the 2022 pick to the 2021 pick and its a deal from TOR side. Probably favours TOR, but the difference between that and fair value is nothing compared to what it is with the original trade.

EDIT: meant to say "change the 2022 pick to 2020" ie. the #2 overall pick

I'm going to look at this from a fantasy perspective, since there's obviously no way this actually happens. If it was offered, I'd sign the papers before Dubas could change his mind.

Kopitar deteriorates to a 4th line center in only two seasons? That seems unrealistic.

I think your lineup needs some serious work. If the Kings were to go with Stutzle over Byfield (unlikely), I think your 1st line would be fine, but the 2nd line would probably be Turcotte-Kopitar-Kaliyev and your 3rd line would be Kempe-Madden-Fagemo. I don't see the Kings bringing back Moore either. The 4th line is probably Grundstrom-JAD-Wagner. Thomas and Kupari are still several seasons away from being NHL ready.

On defense, if the Kings were to trade Roy, they're going to need to go acquire a RHD from somewhere. Not sure who they'd go after. I haven't really looked into it since trading one of Walker or Roy is highly unlikely. Anderson is going to get a spot on the left. I'd love to see the Kings take a shot at Brodin, but I don't see him taking a 2 year contract at his first chance at a big payday.

My credibility is fine, ask around. I have absolutely no appreciation for Marner and Matthews. I don't like greed in hockey, keep that BS in Football and Basketball. Marners skill is great, however I would pick 10 other RWs first to take into the playoffs.

He gets mentioned on ACGMs that don't have anything to do with him all the time. Maybe when everybody stops feeding into it, he'll stop...
