He is down, then up, now back down. Going to be real interested to see who gambles on him and who gets taken right after.

Not too surprising, imo teams will question Lambert’s loyalty to a team with how much he’s switched and while Lambert has some great transition and offensive skills, when he doesn’t have the puck, his impact really drops off too, he’s someone to keep an eye on if he falls

I would still take him as high as 6. I hope the isles draft him , he has star potential.

Ballsy, I personally would not go as high as 6 (some really high end players there) but I would also not let him drop passed 15-17 range.

Problem is hes got a bit of an attitude. Still remember him flipping off a ref and player he boarded

Hes got the skill just needs to keep his attitude in check. I think Yzerman is eyeing him though as he seems like a Yzerman kind of guy

I just think he has one of the highest ceilings in the draft and after the 5th pick you can argue it makes sense to swing for the home run. I believe he can be a Marner type forward.

He was 17 YO, I don’t really see it as a red flag. There are a lot of players who have “attitude problems” before the draft and go on to be successful in the NHL

Maybe the sabres can get him with their second pick, that would be a great add and they are a team that can wait on him.

do you guys think kravstov is going to come back to the u.s. with all that is going on? i feel like thats a fine line where he might be stuck in KHL.

Would love to see Montreal grab him with Calgary's 1st if he's still available.

Probably. He wants to be in the NHL.

Only went to the KHL as he didnt want to play in the AHL

Probs will see him moved at the TDL

That seems like an awful lot for a half-point-per-game player. Honestly if I'm the Sharks and you get Kravtsov offered one-for-one, take it and run.

Wow we look a lot better than the Avs so far, just hope it’s not one of those games where we forget that only 1 part of the box score matters.

Oh 100%, but a man can dream Drury screws up

He wants the extension - and he deserves it - AND I WANNA SEE IT.

But Kravstov fits our timeline better (we have a load of quality prospects and they could use a high octane winger)

Thrun getting the credit he deserves. He could become a good Top 4 D-man if everything goes right.

Jordan Harris better sign in MTL, why tf do college players seem to be the only ones who let their rights expire to pick which team they go to

Value of just staying at college finishing your degree and then signing vs playing in junior for a couple extra years... that would be my guess. but obviously its just a guess

I dont get it either as it seems like a dangerous loophole that can hurt a team. Educations though are important so idk leave it up to interpretation

Like if Buffalo was not gonna show a step up to success imagine Power going yeah Im just gonna play out my remaining years and go join someone else

Not a good look. But that will never happen

Let's hope not. I also believe that in some cases with high end NHLers it not worth it but someone who could go back and forth between NHL, AHL, and maybe even ECHL having a degree could change their outcome later on in life when it come's to managing their money or working remote. Im not a huge advocate for College degrees, personally think they are pointless for a high percentage of the population but it it's personal preference.
