Description
This is just meant to see how fans value some of these guys, there’s a 99% chance not a single one of these guys is on the Flyers next year and maybe ever lol. And before you answer don’t say Michkov, be realistic, Michkov will be better than all of them listed below. Foerster too more than likely other than maybe the CBJ guys.

  1. Kaliyev, Arthur [Droits de RFA]
Détails additionnels:
Cost Kings fans?
LAK
Big fan of his and really wanted to draft him but has been hugely disappointing it seems so far with the Kings
    2.
    PHI
    1. Broberg, Philip [Droits de RFA]
    2. Holloway, Dylan [Droits de RFA]
    Détails additionnels:
    Cost EDM fans?
    EDM
Last year EDM fans would have told you Holloway was untouchable then he had a terrible season and Bromberg can’t seem to break the lineup, definitely both interesting options for the right price
      3.
      PHI
      1. Dorofeyev, Pavel [Droits de RFA]
      Détails additionnels:
Vegas fans, can you actually afford him? Or could he be traded to get some return for him?
      VGK
Shoutout Renegade_H I think is ur username on here since I know you love him, still waiting on an explanation as to why lol
        4.
        PHI
        1. Jiricek, David
        2. Johnson, Kent [Droits de RFA]
        Détails additionnels:
This will never happen especially to a division rival, but I was begging Chuck through my tv to draft Jiricek and of course we picked Cutter which worked out so well. Just to humor me, CBJ fans what would you expect in return for the two players? Doesn’t have to be Flyers specific can just be a general return expectation.
        CBJ
        5.
        PHI
        1. Howard, Isaac [Liste de réserve]
        Détails additionnels:
I know he isn’t available and is basically ur only prospect but he’s another favorite of mine so humor me, what would you want from Flyers or anyone for Howard?

Yes it’s possible . I think what they might do is trade Whitecloud and replace him with Korczak for cheaper . They might not keep Marchessault and then trade for someone or just like keep Mantha

We would be wanting a 1C. But they would need to be young enough to be a key player to us being a contender for a cup.

I mean yeah sure everyone wants a 1C lol but Johnson doesn’t look like one and Jiricek reportedly wants out and hasn’t been developed properly so why would you get a 1C for guys who aren’t projected to be at the same level unless ur adding more to the deal?

Unlikely Oilers move either prospect they need sub 1M roster players next year with the 3.5M in bonus carryover. Holloway has also been quite good since his recall and Broberg was good in the AHL just had Ekholm, Nurse and Kulak as LD in front of him.

Jiricek story is overblown. He got a call up late and kind of struggled. The Jackets are taking their time with him. He doesn’t have much options so he is not going anywhere. Johnson, is like was said previously, currently injured. He is also still waiver exempt. I expect the new GM, assuming no big moves or signings, will start him in Cleveland next season and use this next season as a development opportunity so that this team is rock solid in 2025-2026 season. Fantilli is going to be really good but we still need another C. We don’t want Jenner having to play C.

Holloway has dealt with a ton of unlucky injuries and has been so great for us in the playoffs so far, Broberg also has been doing great in the AHL. As stated by @Bluetomorrow83 we are up against the cap pretty hard next year meaning we are going to be relying on Broberg and Holloway to fill key depth (or for Holloway potentially top 6 if he keeps this up) spots for cheap.

Only way I can see either being moved is in a larger package for TK or Sanheim which Philly won't want to do

I'd preface the question with: neither are remotely available, given Johnson is currently injured until training camp, and Jiricek is the only NHL-level RD prospect in the pipeline at the moment.

If we're exploring trade options, it would probably be contingent on getting Levshunov at 2nd/3rd OA in the draft as a Jiricek replacement. Otherwise: a Jiricek trade needs to have a top-pairing U24 NHL D-man coming back (even if Columbus adds), otherwise we keep the one guy we have that could grow into that.

Johnson I'd be more interested in moving, but not until he's healed, so that's probably a 2025 offseason move if anything. Only makes sense to move him for a position of need with similar potential (top-6 center, top-4 d-man), or as part of a package for a young star forward a la the Tkachuk trade (which...how often does that happen?).

Broberg will replace Kulak in the off season, Broberg just had one of the best seasons in the AHL as far as defensemen go.
Holloway is a keeper, a sub 1M player that looks to be ramping up his game.

This is possible but Flyers can throw a decent amount of money at him that Vegas would be hard pressed to match. I think if he gets a 2.9M bridge contract offer... itll be too much with other players they need to retain.

I cannot see a team giving up a top 6 or top 4 dman for a player who has been injured. Flyers best offer would be Bobby Brink or Emil Andrae and your 2nd. Something like that.

To quote myself from the first line: "I'd preface the question with: neither are remotely available, given Johnson is currently injured until training camp"

I get that teams don't want to give up significant assets to land a guy who's injured after a sophomore slump. But he's our top forward prospect and already a top-6 contributor when healthy. There's no reason to move him for anything less than a star player or top line/top pair upgrade that fits the timeline.

I don’t get why Dorofeyev would be moved. Vegas can get him as a 2nd liner on a cheap bridge

        Has been healthy scratch, no?

I'm just saying that if you inquire after high value assets and get warned off because of their being high value, it's kind of a dick move to complain about the price you get quoted afterward. Y'all were warned, after all.

An example of a roles-reversed exchange:
CBJ: "We'd like to have Michkov in union blue; what'd it take?"
PHI: "He's a future franchise player; we're not moving him."
CBJ: "Oh, c'mon, don't be like that. Really. What would it take?"
PHI: "Another franchise player - say, like, Fantilli or something."
CBJ: "OMG HOW DARE YOU SPEAK THE NAME OF FANTILLI we'd only offer Dumais and a 2nd tops."
