Weird, this creates a team that can't compete now OR in the future. Title is a verifiable lie.

The top two centers are great...and that's it. The wings are a hot mess, the right side of the defense is a disaster, and the goalies have potential that's jettisoned by a $5.4M contract sitting in the press box every night. This team would honestly be a bottom feeder now and in the future.

The OP is a Leafs fan so I think it is really about them being able to compete now and in the future...

Thank you all. It was fun to make. Even though most is outrageous. However the principle behind it of WHEN the Leafs inevitably underachieve again, Columbus finally getting a true #1 Centre and salvaging a run with Werenski and Gaudreau would be fun. Also, I truly believe Fantilli is going to be the next Jonathan Toews so that's why I keep making ACGMs with him becoming a Leaf lol.
