I feel like it's very valid criticism, but it might be a tad overblown. I doubt it would fully scare off UFAs from signing there. Regardless of who the GM is, anyone would want to benefit from working with talents like Trevor Zegras/Troy Terry/Jamie Drysdale.

I dont think it's in the negatives, buts its definitely low because of multiple factors including him not living up to his contract despite solid point totals, also GMs value Cap Space very high in the current market there is a lot of teams up against the cap and team who have Cap space are making them suffer the consequences.

A smart Gm would jump all over this imo. His value to so low because of the tight cap so even if his play doesnt change he should have more value to teams because the Suspected substantial Cap Increase

Just so unfortnate. He desperately needs a change of scenery I feel. The amount of trauma he gone through within the last year is just awful.
