Split the difference at $100 million and the players should get half of the ownership relocation fee.

The NHLPA and players had no say, no veto power, and no formal way to force NHL teams to have adequate facilites/arenas. If I were the NHLPA I would fight this tooth and nail and even if I lost I would set the expectation that the next CBA will be much more player friendly across the board.
