Plus 2 first rounder picks . Thats the equivalent of 3 firsts and a solid nhl ready dman . I am curious what CBJ will end up getting for JIRRICEK now that all the teams know he is not happy and has publicly asked out .

Hawks won't be anywhere near this active. Hawks lose the Edmonton trade big. Campbell takes the 1st and either Akey or Bourgault to dump. That means the Hawks are swapping all four of their players, including Murphy half retained, for the other prospect and Ceci. Hawks come out on the short end of that big time. Rinzel and two 1st's is also an overpay for Jiricek. But I doubt Columbus is trading Jiricek anyway. And the Rangers aren't giving up a 1st and a really good prospect to dump Goodrow and add three mid level rentals. That's an overpay by the Rangers.

JIRICEK came out publicly that he is not happy and wants out . JARMO K , will not stand for that coming from a player especially a rookie . As for the RANGERS look at the trade they are moving down 2 to 6 spots because they get the hawks 2nd this year and they get rid of the next 3 years of GOODROW and the rangers get playoff experience and center depth for a cup run .

My opinion thats all . Hawks need righty D prospects they are overloaded on the left side with defense . Will murphy be re-signed after next season . If all goes well Hawks are in the playoffs 2 seasons from now and a contender in 4 or 5 does Murphy fit the timeline ?? No . Jiricek is 20 yrs old number 2 or 3 potential maybe even number 1 right hand dman . You gotta be willing to pay to get that . Good righty top dman do not come around every day .
