first, you need retention on Hayes or there is no deal with anyone. Second, i dont see Philly wanting Rosy and no way Cbus will give up that good of a prospect. You are probably looking more like a couple mid round picks and a different prospect, like a 3rd, 5th, and Bemstrom for Hayes with salary retained.

Maybe not now, but Jiricek has proven he is ready for NHL and is the future 1RD. Gudbranson is unmoveable so he will be in, and one of Boqvist or Peeke will be in. There just isnt space for another RD to add to the mix.

We definitely need a LD more than RD. We have essentially have no one to play 2LD. Between Jiricek, Boqvist, Peeke, and Gudbranson our RD is covered.

Yeah if a team offers a first for him with retention they should take that and run. Ive seen all the rumors and yeah i dont think hes worth very much, at least ill be upset if we end up paying more than a couple mid round picks and a player like Bean and/or Bemstrom. Any more and i think we could use those pieces to get a player that fits our needs better.

I think the value gap between Chinny and Yamo is bigger than Broberg and Ceulemans. But like the other person stated, Broberg doesnt address any need for us, its just basically moving a prospect from RD to LD. Which i could see, but it would be pretty much a 1 for 1. If Jarmo really wanted to do the swap, i could see maybe adding a high pick.
