Winnipeg is in a place where they need a Center that can be impactful immediately, interesting trade, but winnipeg probably objects to the first, just in case it finds the lottery. Probably be the sticking point in any deal would be the potential pick or picks needed.

IMO, Shane Pinto's value should be comparable to what Carolina paid for to offersheet Jesperi Kotkaniemi.

With 2 1sts in value, you can add a bit more and get someone like Travis Konecny who is a PPG player.
One full season of Pinto doesn't justify to be worth 2 1sts regardless of his potential ceiling.

This is a little too much to pay IMO. Pinto is good but i don't know he's this good. Especially WPG 1st which looks like it may be low.

His value is probably close to the kotkiniemi offer sheet or the recent newhook trade. Late 1st and a second, or two high 2nds. Guess imo this is abit high, not crazy absurd but abit high.

This trade works but I think Winnipeg would ask for a top-10 protection on that pick. Lucius is great prospect but has serious injury concerns, which lowers his value

He's lucky for many reasons but no way this rebuild wouldn't have failed already if he didn't start with assets like Karlsson, Stone, Duchene, Pageau, Brassard (traded Zibanejad for him), etc and prospects like Chabot, Batherson, Paul, Formenton, etc

Sens have also made several brillant draft selections but the guy responsible for that, Trent Mann, is now fired and was initially hired by Bryan Murray in 2011
