Barron may have more upside (open for debate). With Pods only being 7 months his senior though, age does not play a factor in a hypothetical swap.

Can't wait to see that trainwreck of a D-core on the ice this year. I feel bad for Vancouver fans but I will be thrilled to watch that unit play throughout the year. Reminds me of the Sabres D-core for 8 years

Why would the Hawks trade a player they just drafted for a 29 yr old borderline AHL/bottom 6 NHL player? They are rebuilding.
