Quoting: Tintin
...I did a check on the Buffalo side before posting, could look something like this:
Skinner - Tage - Tuch
Peterka - Cozens - Bratt
Sharangovich - Krebs - Olofsson
Greenway - Jost - Thompson / Mits...
While other Sabre fans may say "do not trade Quinn," this is quite the haul for him and a first.
Bratt would fit into the line up where you have him.
Marino would be the Sabres #2RHD
Sharangovich could help shore up the Sabres PK
Thompson or Stillman probably will not push any of the Sabre prospects out of the line up.
With all of that, the Sabres would pass as both Bratt and Sharangovich would be expecting sizable salary increases.
Quinn also has all of tools to be as good as Bratt next year, but will be on an ELC until the end of the 2025 season.
If one only sees Jokiharju and Lyubushkin as RHD one would be over looking Dahlin is currently playing on the right.
Jokiharju is only 23, at 23 Marino was certainly not considered a top four defenseman (when he was traded for Smith and a third), all of the signs indicated Jokiharju will do the same this year.
