I said trade for Chycrun and Vajmelka and they like we dont need em. YOUR PK IS 31 in the NHL and your goaltending is meh. Jones cant stand on his head 24/7, Dreidger cant do playoffs, and honestly Grubauer might be an expensive buyout candidate.

If Vajmelka is doing alright in Arizona imagine him on a better team. Plus add Chycrun to that Dcore then u might have a team who could play spoiler to the Avs.

I mostly agree. They need to address both goaltending and PK if they're gonna be anything more than a quick exit from the postseason. I think they'll be very hesitant on bringing in another expensive Goalie like Gibson after the Grubauer disaster. Vejmelka is an excellent option if the Yotes are willing to deal. He'll be expensive, though. I'm curious to see what the asking price for Chychrun will be. With 2 more years remaining at an excellent value, I imagine the price will be very high - probably multiple 1st rounders. or a combination of picks/prospects. There will be several teams in on him.
