Yeah he probably is. But if he can muster a 30 point year, it would follow his usual career statistic, bar last year which was an outlier.

One key factor to note is average ice time. Last year Severson played a whopping 6 minutes more per game on average.

Last year: Played first pair with Siegenthaler, 1st PP with Hughes, Bratt, etc
This year: Played third pair witb Smith, 2nd PP which sucks

Should’ve sold high on him last year for a big return

Yeah, that stunk. But same ol’ same ol’ for Damon. I think the high profile errors are just part of the package, much like Weegar. If at start of season, he was expected to get 6 years x $6m-$6.5m on next deal, maybe the dip in TOI drops him to the 5s. Will be interesting to see what he gets.
