KK has just as much opportunity to suck as he does to keep growing.

I agree losing KK sucks but Dvorak for KK (making it more simple) is not actually terrible especially if you don’t think KK will become much more than what he is.

KK was rushed either way so I still think it’s a decent outcome from a ****ty situation (OFFERSHEET plus the rushing of KK where I don’t think he’s gonna be amazing in the end)


I couldn’t care less how good or bad KK might be. I’m grieving, please don’t try to antagonize me.

And as I’m sure nearly every sane habs fan would agree with me 2 weeks ago, I wouldn’t trade Kotkaniemi for Dvorak in a million years.

Really Dvorak does a lot really well and watching him play he’s my favourite player from that now blown up Arizona team


Except KK at 18 years old had only like 5 less points than Dvorak entering his prime.

Anyways dont mind me, I'm not in my normal state of mind. Lots of things happened today in my life aside from Kotkaniemi. I'll end up liking Dvorak just like I like Anderson now after the Domi trade.

Well Dvorak is going from the desert which has no relationship with hockey at all and has no pressure at all, to the winter wonderland which has hockey in it's blood and the media will literally RKO you if you do anything wrong.

Oh no I don’t care about anyone being upset and taking it out(not that you were).

I’m just saying realistically, KK was rushed and if we’re talking KK without being rushed I’d definitely be more inclined to hurt for MTL but I think he was poorly handled and don’t see a ton of change coming. KK will have to prove his worth this year, now or never. Which he easily can.

Whereas Dvorak we atleast know he’s a solid top 6 player who’s responsible in both ends and overall pretty good. He was noticeable this year atleast in the games I watched

It’s not antagonizing it’s discussing. If I was trying to antagonize anyone it would be apparent.

Just trying to give clarity as some habs fans are acting like Dvorak is a middle/ bottom 6er

At this rate they probs gonna be in Houston before 2024

As lets be real the signing bonuses alone will bankrupt the franchise. Sure they got alot of cap space but if we look at their deals none pay big bonuses. Matthews rn makes 54 mill in signing bonuses for his entire deal while Arizona's most expensive deal is only making 10mill. And when we account Matthews new deal will probs be more than Mcdavids plus the signing bonus money will probs be in the 90mill range over the span of the deal, Arizona aint affording that lul.

Houston though might but who knows how that team will look pre-Matthews if he does decide to leave.
