Yeah I have no idea why Oettinger is being throw into the trash (AHL) when more development as a backup with NHL growth would be much better. Yeah sure 3 goalies with Oettinger seeing less time for a playoff push if he’s struggling but Holtby makes ZERO sense… like actually less than zero when Oettinger hasn’t even been given a chance to struggle yet
