To be fair Rossi has really fallen off, being tiny and then missing a critical development year to a bad case of COVID really sucks, hopefully he can bounce back and get on track again. And Tomasino is good but Mittelstadt does have higher upside and proved he can somewhat produce at the NHL level this year, maybe with 2C upside. I’d probably have Perfetti ahead of Mittelstadt for sure though.

Based on potential it’s not even close between Rossi and Mitrelstadt - He’s small but one of the stronger players in his draft class. I believe he had the 1st or 2nd highest star % from the 2020 draft - If he’s fully healthy now he has the potential to be an elite 1C.

Mittelstadt had a 16.4 S% which isn’t sustainable, yeah he was decent but he also had pretty bad underlying numbers. Tomasino has the potential to be a two way top line winger. If Mittelstadt pans out he’s an average 2C at best

I actually forgot Norris was only 22 lol I thought he was 23 like Batherson. And I thought Gus was still 22 but that’s because he was 22 when he was playing this year. Thanks! Interesting to know that Jarventie is the cut off for the Sens. I’m shocked Valimaki isn’t on the list tbh, he still has top pair upside and was fine on the 3rd pair this year, trusted on the PK, should start as a #5 and be at least a solid top 4 guy by year’s end. I’m also really surprised Wolf didn’t make the cut after back to back WHL goalie of the year honours, including CHL goalie of the year in 19-20 (I don’t think it was awarded this year because the O didn’t play, but presumably he coulda won it again).
