Ottawa passes on that one.... We would be trading for a smaller player who plays the wing, and is almost double the cost. Kastelic is a beast, great on faceoffs and is signed to a good contract. Ottawa for sure passes.

Sadly, you are probably right. But one down year on a historically bad CHI roster should help give pause to anyone attempting to project Raddysh's future. If you also take into account that he scored 20 goals last year, and you put him on a significantly better roster, a safe bet might be that he bounces back and becomes a decent and affordable 3rd line winger. So, a 3rd is a reasonable bet on a player like him. $hit, if he bounces back AND finds the right chemistry with other players, he could be an absolute steal for a 3rd round pick. Plus, he PK's and does other things that can help a team, especially if he comes at a great price point. Teams always need affordable talent with upside for surplus value.
