I think we’ve come pretty close to a consensus of 1st+secondary pieces for Ullmark with bruins fans. But if there’s any sense of reality to what flames fans are claiming I’d go a lot higher than 1st+Schmid for Ullmark before going to Markstrom with those ridiculous asks of Mercer+++

I think NJD would pass. From Kent Hughes recent comments seems like the market on Allen is really tough out there.

Although the absolute refusal to even consider picking Ullmark over Swayman, regardless of the gap in value you’ll recieve from trading the other, makes me question how much Ullmark is worth.

It pains me, but I agree with my fellow Sabres fans. I'm not a believer that you need a great goalie, but you need an average one that gets hot at the right time- not spending high value assets to acquire nor huge contracts to keep. Our current management failed to acquire even average goaltending until upl grew into it. I'd prefer the skaters in front be upgraded to include more two way players and grit all over. But at the end of the day, I don't trust the gm to find a competent replacement.

What’s the timeline looking at on Levi being ready? The analytics say he’s been fine lately. Feels like a lot more of the issues stem from poor defensive play than a goalie issue.

LD is fine, although has definitely regressed this year with power, Dahlin, and Samuelson all taking a step back. But the forwards aren’t defensively responsible at ALL
