If we start saying Jackets accept every Boone trade will it stop Leafs fans from posting 35 of them a day? Clearly saying the Leafs don't have the pieces for a Boone trade doesn't work, so we might as well try something different at this point.

A Jenner trade from the leafs IF he were available starts with a first and Minten then add smaller pieces from there. Provorov starts with a first and add for retention.

Provorov = 1st, retention for two years ~= 2nd (so, 1st + Minten?)

It would take everything Toronto has that remotely interests Columbus to get both players, and that's if no one beats those offers.
