That'd be fine by Vancouver, we can use that pick and get a top 6 forward instead, Quinn has survived 4 years without him already he can survive another 40 games, he'd be much happier if we can bring in a piece that brings us over the top by trading that pick for someone with a higher celling

These kind of posts are hilarious to me you say that like he hasn't been effective. Lindholm's taken 128 shots this year, which is tied for 55th in the league. The puck just won't go in the back of the net for him, what do you want him to do? Have you ever played Blackjack and the dealer just pulls 20 and 21 over and over again? That's Lindholm right now, he's scored on 6.25% of his shots. His shooting percentage over his entire time in Calgary before this was 15.4%, that would be 20 goals and 43 points right now instead of 8 and 31.

I mean he literally told the team they should trade for Tanev. Bringing someone like Guentzel is going to require a 1st and Lekkerimaki as a base. Lindholm will require a 1st + Brzustewics.
