Raj... this is a seriously bad take. Going into this year Seth Jarvis was one of the most exciting draft picks from his draft. He is more than holding his own. He is a seriously good draft pick. I get it, you are hurt that was supposed to be OUR pick, but just take one on the chin and don't be a salty and a negative man.

I don't think anyone drafted outside of the top 10 should ever really be called a bust. Draft pick value falls off quickly after the top picks

Slaf is 19, too early to say, laine has multiple ppg seasons, jarvis is only 21 and is a top 6 forward on the canes. reinbacher was litterally just drafted, calling him a bust is insane, sillinger hasnt gotten a fair shot top 6, and is also 20 years old. Turcotte has played 12 games in the nhl. Holtz has been dealing with injury, but he has also been near ppg in the ahl. Kakko is more valued for his 2 way game, his point production is not the whole story, Im confident that he will become the player he was drafted as. Cossa hasnt played an nhl game, but hes 20 years old and a goalie. Goalies take longer to develop than skaters.

Laine hasn’t completely lived up to his potential yet, but he isn’t a bust. Jarvis straight up isn’t a bust, and is coming along very nicely. Reinbacher and Cossa haven’t even played an NHL game yet. Zadina could be considered a bust relative to where he was drafted, and Holtz is somewhat following that same trajectory. Sillinger and Turcotte are both looking like late bloomers. Kakko is tricky, considering he showed signs of life last season, but is looking like he reverted back to his previous form this season. As for Slafkovsky, it is way too soon to tell.

Setting aside all the other terrible picks, how on Earth is Reinbacher a bust? He was only drafted four months ago.

Jarvis is a horrible pick. Laine is not a great pick but I guess I can see it. Anyone still on an ELC shouldn't be considered a bust.

Jarvis being a horrible pick for the list... .55 ppg in 2+ seasons as U22 player is not bad and he's improved each year he's been in the league and is currently a 3.6 GAR and .6 WAR while averaging .41 goals a game
