Every team has the pieces needed to acquire anyone. The question is will they part with them. Considering Nylander is a poor fit, not what is needed, for Boston they would not.

Carlo is not remotely the same quality as Nylander.

Since we’re ignoring the cap, why not replace Nylander with Tavares since Boston needs a 1/2 C rather than a winger??

Nylander has quite a bit of face off time and part of me wonders if playing with Pasta might have some appeal. He’s young enough and skilled enough that maybe you consider it. I know he hasn’t had to play center, but would he want to?
