Disappointed with Bedard going to Chicago. Feels like rewarding incompetence. Only worse destination would be Arizona.
I know that's the general idea behind the draft lottery, but it's supposed to be about on-ice performance, not a salve for cultural and managerial missteps.
What better way to compensate for poor decisions and reputation than to grab the next phenom to paper over it and bring a positive spin to a spiraling franchise?

I hate the Bedard to CHI because after the Beach scandal, they don't deserve nice things (the organization doesn't, I have nothing against the fans). Hopefully they draft Fantilli at 1
