Not close for Winnipeg. Only thing remotely appealing is the Boston 1st cus they might not have any centers next season. The islanders first is ok but Zadina is in bust territory. Would need to add another prospect that's younger and better than what you have here.

I just don't see the Jets trading three years of Connor. Dubois/Schefele/Dillon/and Hellebuyck are all UFAs in summer of 2024. So if Jets are in the selling mode, either this summer or at TDL, those four guys are ones to be traded for futures. Jets wouldn't be able to attract anywhere near a comparable UFA for Connor's 7.1m

If the Wings were interested in Petry, either get retention or sweeteners from the Pens.

If you want our best forward, you will need to give up your best forward prospect. That is Raymond. Start with that

Take Johansson out and add Kasper then maybe Winnipeg does it in a rebuilding exercise. If they don't rebuild they aren't trading KFC.

We'd probably have to give up something like Berggren, Wallinder and 2 1sts. As much as I like Connor, we can't afford to make such a trade at this stage of the rebuild. Jets may not even do that. They might want Kasper or Edvinsson and there's no way we're doing that.

Best we can hope for is Connor hits UFA in 3 years and we sign him. Gutting the team to trade for Connor would be foolish.

Sweet lord a 4th for Petry would be such a bad trade.
We could fetch a fourth and Petry for free.

You guys are sincerely undervaluing Petry. He's quietly had a very good season.

He's also contracted until he's 38. Also having a good offensive season when your team's biggest issue is defense - I'm sure everyone would like to see much better defensive numbers.
