Pool party has been around long enough to shed the aura of "1st round pick" He is just an inconsistent right wing now. That said, I doubt Chicago wants him due to his age, as he will be approaching 30 when they are climbing out of the rebuild.

As to the ANA trade, no rental is worth either of those pieces by themselves to the Ducks, not even prime Wayne Gretzky. Next year we would loose Toews, and Chicago would have out star center locked up for 5 more years of cost control, and a top 10 2023 pick, there is zero way to make that deal work. Zegras doesn't move, our 2023 1st only moves for an under 25 sure thing like Robertson or Debrincat.

I wasn't referring to the fact that Puljujarvi was picked in the first round in 2016, I was referring to his present value. His on ice impact is top-5 in the league, you don't trade that for peanuts.
