Wild don't have the cap space to do this. Personally, I'm not all that interested in Dvorak so I wouldn't like this, but if he is moved I don't know if he'd get a first round pick. Maybe a 2nd

Agreed. I, for some reason, really don't like Dvorak. At all. His contract reminds me of Victor Rask's deal when we acquired him and Dvorak lacks the offensive upside we are looking for in a center. Trading for him doesn't make sense for us - we don't have the money as you said. I also agree on his value, which is not a 1st round pick. When Bergevin acquired him, his hand were tied because of the Kotkaniemi offer sheet. Even if the Habs paid a 1st to get him, it doesn't make his value a 1st round pick. Different circumstances make a huge difference.
