Ah yes, buffalo who just traded Eichel, Reinhart and Ristolainen will trade a 1st for a much older Parise on an expiring contract

They'd never trade together but PHI would gladly make a (IMO) better offer for Bailey (JVR+ instead of Seguin) or Beauvilier (PHI 1st and Attard or ? instead of NSH 1st)

Why would Pulock be traded? Beau as well? Why grab another late 1st round pick instead of 2 2nds for a rebuild? Grabbing Seguin won’t be rebuilding either

There's been numerous rumours of a Beauvillier trade in the past week.
If there is a rebuild, Pulock, Sorokin, Barzal are the ones who would be staying.

I assume the thought here is that we are trading a late first for 2 late seconds (assuming the isles arent as bad next year). I wouldnt, i would be inclined to go the other way, and try to move up, depending on the situation of course. This isnt football, i dont care how many lottery tickets you buy, we all know where the big winners are.

Buffalo has at least 4 LW that would play ahead of Zach and certainly would not give up a first round pick for two later 2nds.
