Off the top of my head the only team that drafted less NHLers than the Canadiens since 2005 is the Canucks, and that's with a lot more top 10 picks. So he's an improvement I guess?

Bergevin didn't make the selections though. Hopefully he hires somebody better than Timmins to do that job.

I have suspicion Montreal might bring him back.

He said that Gallagher was embellishing when Niskanen’s cross-check broke his jaw. Also Gorton was the one who fired him in New York. He’s a garbage human and there’s no way he returns to Montréal.

I watched the infractions from last night.

Both the Pionk and Spezza plays were absolutely disgusting. Spezza will and should get more because intent is beyond obvious and the knee is directly aimed at the head. But both should be missing major time.

The McDavid one seems like a slightly worse version of the Kotkaniemi hit from the 2020 playoffs. So it’ll probably be 1 or no games.

Yes. There's also a woman being interviewed, Émilie Castonguay, I don't know anything about her though.

Edit: She's Alexis Lafrenière's agent, and the only woman to have a #1 overall pick as her client.

As long as they can draft/develop, that's a good move, MB's signings and trading is pretty good but that's because he needs them to be good due to bad drafting/development
