I think if its in the vacuum of only an eichel trade and not a complete rebuild, I think the Philly trade has a lot of value because Konecny replaces a bit of the value you're losing. If you're going specifically for a rebuild I think Anaheim Chicago and LAK are the best ones.

The trade that gives you the closest comparable to Eichel is Calgary with Tkachuk. Every team, thinks their prospects are amazing, but Tkachuk is an established elite who might not have met his ceiling (same as Eichel).
