That is an extremely shaky justification for the Wild to trade our 2nd best center prospect for another winger. I understand your guy was picked sooner, but I can't see us making this move, especially given we have to add another 2nd to get it done. Pass.

There's More to it involving Khusnutdinov wanting to play in a big market & Amirov doesn't like media at all so imo I think it's a fair trade.
If Not I'm sure a 3rd round pick instead of a 2nd would be more palatable

Because He'd be the 8th man to protect or Joel Hanley so Kerfoot is quite an upgrade imo as Seguin and others have NMC and arn't going to waive them.

If he doesn't like the media then why sign the elc? Force Toronto to trade you

A 3rd would be more palatable, but we're still trading a center prospect for a winger. It's not something that makes sense for us, and your justification is pure speculation, not fact. Like I said though, it mainly comes down to trading a center for a winger, which is not something Minnesota is in a position to do.

Yeah, but we are already going to protect Seguin, Benn, Radulov, Pavelski, Hintz, Gurianov, and one of either Faksa or Dickinson. If we trade a second for him we're most likely going to lose him for nothing.

Umm that really isn't even if Dermott gets taken in expansion and Kerfoot doesn't we still have 12.5 million in cap.

1. Toronto is big market and can front-load contracts. In time like rn player want money in a depressed market. Toronto can essentially pay them most of their money in just signing bonuses.

2. In the Airzona trade we are helping the totes as either Keumper or Hill is exposed. Why are we paying a tax for a player that can get selected in expansion that we can trade with Seattle to obtain for less as they need certain players like a Kerfoot.

3. Amirov trade makes zero sense. WHY WOULD A PLAYER SIGN HIS ELC IF HE DOESNT WANT TO PLAY HERE.

4. Why are paying Psyk when we have younger options, i.e. Brooks or Joey Anderson, if that's a place of need that where the deadline comes in.

5. Why trade back for a player we originally traded. IK Mikheyev has hands of stone, but he's probably one of the most annoying players to play against cause of his speed.

Liked to crap on you but the Toronto management group is forward thinking. A lot of these moves would get a lot of GMs fired and I can't see Toronto making most of these moves. Expect them if they're trading for players they are UFAs next season and getting retention. I'm sorry but if Hyman doesn't want to sign a team friendly deal they'll draw the line.

Arizona should jump for joy if they can get two 2nds for hill.

Not sure why that's what I'm commenting on as it's a just so odd in so many ways
