Like honestly Benning waited to long

Based on what I have seen and closest comparable contracts with a side of how good their agent is

Petey 9mill x 5-6 years
Hughes 8.25-9mill x 6-8years

Then you got Boesers QA the following season at 7.5mill and Horvat and JT Miller the season after that.

Kaprizov is 3 years older. So the comparable would be less than $9 million x 8 years for Pettersson.

Honestly would have kept Suter and bought out Parise

But its to late now so to Minnesota I wish them good luck with maneuvering around the buyouts.
