I like the guy. I really do. He really is my fav coach. No BS, work ethic, no matter what anti Torts people (mostly in the media) claim as long as you, you know, try, he won't have any issues with you.

I get he has his faults, but he was given an impossible job 2 seasons in a row with little to no offense and a sh*t ton of injuries and made the playoffs one season out of 2.

Top 3 at D is gross isn't it? I think that if you combine that with a potentially elite goaltender and 2 of the best forwards in the league you've got an elite team in no time

I don’t think MJ got beat up singlehanded by a sophomore defensemen in the playoffs. MJ got the rings and Mack doesn’t, I wouldn’t compare Mackinnon to one of the greatest of all time athletes, he literally won nothing this year except a president trophy which is only a regular season team award. Win a championship then talk, the only person close to MJ in hockey is Gretzky.

The pasta quotes got me the best. This man better stay out of Italy lul. Real pasta is for winners just ask Ovie lul

Also he didn't really compare Mackinnon entirely to MJ but he does have a point in that MJ had a very similar attitude with his team mates during practice and was often critical about there eating habits. That said its a pretty random comparison. Even so MJ despite the flaws got the Bulls multiple championships lul. Mackinnon in his own words hasn't won **** for 9 years in Colorado. Like the work ethic is there but it has got them to round 2 and no further.
