Hawks would have zero interest in four years of Gaudreau. Hawks would probably trade a 4th for McLeod, but Edmonton isn't making that trade for Coleman so the McLeod trade isn't happening anyway.

Value to Calgary of those Toronto assets is: Knies > late 1st > Minten > 3rd > Lily. Pelletier is worth a 2nd or IOW less than Minten but more than a 3rd. The equivalent of 2 late 1sts + Minten is why Calgary would do it, remove any of those three and Calgary declines.
