You accidentally added Kulich into the Buffalo trade

Well, you’re not getting him because Calgary doesn’t have a single player they would give up in return for him that Buffalo would be interested in.

I like Mangiapane, very interested in the player, but he’d be a rental and also vetoes the deal because he has a NTC.

Not good business to give up a top prospect in the league for a rental winger. I like Mangiapane, but not for that price.

Why would we rather have ONE year of Mangiapane over a career of Kulich ???

Trades have to work for BOTH teams
And this just doesn’t make any sense at all for Buffalo

-Mangiapane doesn't return anywhere close to a Kulich-caliber prospect. He's the kind of guy who probably has more value next deadline as a rental (after a good season), than an offseason trade.
-Montreal's probably open to trading a D like Harris, but its highly unlikely it would be for a prospect like Kerins or a late pick they don't need.
-I'm lower than Chabot than most, but that's a terrible trade for Ottawa. Kuzmenko was a cap dump a few months ago, him retained and Markstrom doesn't get Chabot and a top 10 pick.

Buffalo has undersized skill forwards, there would be no interest for more.

Calgary has no use for Harris. If we trade for a defenseman it'll be either a top 4 or a big mean hard hitting defenseman.
