Wrong pieces and wrong 2024 first for Zegras. That offer isn't tempting in the slightest.

When constructing potential trades with other teams, you should spend a few minutes researching what their surpluses and deficiencies are. You shouldn't be any quicker to trade us a LhD than we would be to trade you one.

Like @OldNYIfan said, easy pass for Anaheim as you didn’t add anything of value to us to make us want to move Zegras

Very easy pass

harris plays RD more than LD with the habs so thats a moot point, would be a good idea to review where a player plays before commenting it it not being a fit. The package may be light compared to what ducks fans think Zegras is worth but i dont see MTL wanting to pay more than that, if theres another team that would go above that package then thats great for the ducks.

Which side Harris plays is irrelevant. His handed-ness is what matters. The Ducks already have several left-shot guys playing the right side because the team has too many left-shot defenders and not enough righties.

Option three exists: Ducks don't trade Zegras at all. The Ducks don't want to trade him and he's under contract for two more years and an RFA after that.

your whole post was about it being relevant thats why i brought it up. theres more left shot dman than right in the nhl most teams use one or two left shot dman on the right side. Anyways thats not important, like i said its fair that duck fans think they should ask for more, and of course just keeping him is the an option, and probably the most likely scenerio. But the trade offer mentioned here for a player that has the upside of probably developing into an 80 point, one dimensional forward is pretty fair. But i do get that it wouldnt be enough to entice the ducks to pull the trigger.

I don't see Edmonton being interested in either Anderson or Matheson. Anderson for obvious reasons and Matheson because they're set at LHD.

There are ways to move Campbell without taking back even more money and spending a top-4 RHD + Holloway + 2nd.
