Rust is the best player in that trade and imo worth what you're asking but Chicago is still a few years away from when they would make a trade like this one. This would also be a case of selling low on Raddysh which I would hate to see happen. I also think Chicago would want Joseph replaced if they were interested in Rust. They're loaded at LD.

If the Hawks were in “win now” mode perhaps they would be interested in Rust but being a bottom feeder would make it highly unlikely they go for this deal especially considering he has 4 x $5.125m per remaining on his contract.
