What is the most rigged thing in NHL hockey?

Sometimes the NHL just shows a lack of competence, but nothing is rigged as in

Officiating, bias and such. Wouldn't say it's rigged, but definitely not fair.

teams winning games. i despise the league rigging games for good teams

Incompetence can make rigging the NHL more likely IMO.

I’d say the issue is that the game has gotten too fast for them to keep up with calls

The fact that someone like Wes McCulley is still officiating games in the playoffs.

HRR; as in the Salary Cap.

ALL of these options are triggering for a lot of people.

I would definitely have to say that the draft lottery needs to be updated/changed. Most fans are looking for something less objectionable, with openness and clarity.

LTIR is brutal and is full of comedic wrong doings of previous GM's. It's easily manipulated and circumvented.

The Department of Player Safety is kind of all over the place too. Some of their decisions leave you scratching your head at times.

The Habs didn't put a curved stick in the Kings locker room, the Habs mesured all of the Kings sticks and knew McSorley has illegal sticks (which amounts to kind of the same thing)

Edit: Also some of those things aren't rigged, like I'm not sure how CBJ's arena being built on the site of Ohio state penitentiary equals rigging, same with the Joffrey Lupul thing
