Even if Sam jose regained his contract to 7.5 mill you still probably wouldn’t get much more of a return then what Provorov got.

Might as well add Beniers and McCann for good measure.

Have to agree with everyone on here, Karlsson just had a career year and will probably have a solid season next year, but he has risk. if you take him zero retention, max return will probably be a 23 2nd and a cap dump.
at 3 mil retention (where I think we end up having to be) 23 1st 23 2nd and wennberg or Driedger (for cap reasons) and maybe Geekie.

At the end of they day the return is going to be very underwhelming for the sharks unless they go full 50% retention. And that’s a tough one to pull off.
