I'd love Carlsson. Fantilli seems like the coward pick. His game really doesnt pop like a Carlsson that dominated vs men. Fantilli had an amazing season in College vs guys 22/23 and under but after the World Championships, its clear to me at least that Carlsson was better whether that has to do with ice time/teammates. The point being this number 2 pick isnt clear cut and mtl aint paying much of anything to move up. If anything they are moving down to grab an earlier pick to have in a PLD trade.

Carlsson's linemates were Raymond and Berggren(?), And they look utterly fantastic.
Although I do think Fantilli is a little better; I haven't done much looking at the prospects that may not be available at 9 -- so a lot of it is heresy from articles I read and not much video (Frozen 4 and IIHF is about the gist of it).
Wouldn't be surprised if I like Carlsson's game more than Fantilli's.
