Wow there is a lot to unpack here.

1st) The rangers are going to lock up Gus. Even if he walked he would be looking for way more than league min.
2nd) Samsonov is not going to win you a cup, need to move him and address goaltending.
3rd) 4 guys are making near half of your salary cap.
4th) Bert will be getting a raise next season, I would assume he realizes his value.
5th) A 21 man roster is not going to sustain itself.
6th) Domi will most likely want more term and job security.
7th) You are slightly underpaying your RFAs

Make the second a first and I think it gets it done. What people don't understand is Laine brings some unique elements like his size and ability to throw the body. Also Goodrow reduces the return value and the first helps it.

This value is so far off it doesn't come close. It would need to be Swayman, Debursk, Poitras amd McAvoy. That gets you started and if you dont want to give that up you dont get him
