KK has looked a lot better offensively compared to the last couple of years, and he likely tops out as a 50-60 point elite 2-way Center. But his defensive game is exceptionally mature for his age.

To the same degree as him? Probably nobody who has been drafted. To go from him "not an NHL option" to probably a top 5 C in the league, it just doesn't happen. Tage Thompson is a unicorn in that regard.

odds are slim though. He has the build but its just not great odds. Maybe Byfield is the best comp as a possible option
