Hawks decline. The 2nd gets Domi, but Puli doesn't even pay for dumping Barrie. No way do Hawks include Murphy. And yes, Barrie is a cap dump as far as the Hawks are concerned.

Management has shown great interest in the 2023 draft. Kuzmenko is worth more than a 2025 first. The Canucks are apparently not going to rebuild so a 2025 first is pretty pointless. The Canucks are more likely to keep Kuzmenko if that is the return
