I have a 17 game package to all games in Moncton, shame that I’ll miss a lot of them in reasons of working or playing hockey.

Game 1 (round robin): Swiss vs Finland, it was a great game, Bichsel played incredible, excited to see him in a couple years with the Stars.

But then again Benjamin Gaudreau was arguably the worst choice Team Canada's starting goalie

5 Minute major for a clean check....

I could see it bring a 2 minute charging since he left his feet, but nothing more, it was mostly clean. 5 minutes and the game is a terrible call.

In NHL its clean but IIHF rules be different for these tournaments

Thinking the exact same thing. There are 10+ Canadian goalies who put up better stats this year in the OHL alone. How on earth did he get the call?

There were good goalies, they just picked two ****ty goalies for no reason whatsoever. I'm guessing bias

Im seeing defensive struggles that are very similar to 2016. Still early man if they dont fix the miscommunications were in for some rough games. As sure we will have lots of offense but if we cant play well in our own zone whats the point. Also 100% goaltending needs to be better.

On top of picking 2 **** goalies. They choose the coach that's currently 16-14-1 in the WHL (11/22 in the WHL)
