The Sabres passed Beck 2x and took 2 centers with those picks including Ostlund, so I don't think they'd be interested in swapping. Jokiharju hasn't been so much the problem other than getting hurt, but I'm not opposed to upgrading him. They have other assets they can use though and better options to target

The idea here is Savard > Jokiharju and Ostlund > Beck. It's a trade off.

I added to my previous comment. Savard would be fine, but not in something like this. They're getting Samuelsson back shortly, I think they should focus on upgrading Bryson

Adding Savard will not get the Sabres to the playoffs.

I would think the Sabres could get Savard for a 3rd & just call it a day
