Don’t rush him like what the capitals did with Wilson. Who only started to produce where he was drafted at onlyfive years ago. That’s my worry with Knies.

Agreed on Koster, he has had to play second fiddle to some very good Dmen (LaCombe, Johnson, Faber) during his college career. I like his potential.

Yes, once they sign any pro contract they become ineligible to play NCAA again (they can, of course, continue to take classes, if they wish). Most NCAA signees go to AHL (sometimes ECHL) if they don’t make NHL club. Some rare cases who leave early can go play CHL for a year, but most of the time they will have aged out by the time they sign.

If you had swapped Koster and Hutson in beginning of season and made Koster BU’s qb for power play and offensive situations…and put Lane Hutson in middle of the Gopher defense in a deep big-ten this year…their point production would probably be a lot closer.

Always tough to predict these smaller offensive D. I’ve been a fan of Lukas Gustafsson for a while.

Im kind of okay with it as it makes up for the NHL not trying to promote sign and trades like the NBA or getting compensated when a certain prospect or player of ours decides to leave and sign a contract for X amount with another team like MLB

Maybe update the terms a bit but I think its fine for now
