I know there are quite a few draft experts in this thread

Slafkovsky (LW), Cooley (C), Nemec (RD), or Jiricek (RD). Cooley was the presumptive #2 but you don't really need centres so. Probably Nemec.

Canucks are not rebuilding. They probably trade Miller and maybe Boeser or Garland. They almost made the playoffs so it’s not like they are a tire fire team

That does not matter. Quinn Hughes is franchise altering for Vancouver. He’s on pace to easily be the best Canucks d man in franchise history. You cannot tell me with a straight fact that Vancouver would trade Quinn Hughes AND the 15OA pick for only the 2OA pick. That’s just nonsense

Imo they should be. They have several decent offensive players but bad defensive core and dreadful prospect pool.

That team just about maximized their current potential last year and it's still far from enough.
