I almost forgot, but at least this shows that it is a continuous, ongoing issue that needs to be addressed in a definitive manner, and not just me being at the end of my patience.

I'm calling a vote to remove Rangers from the game. There are simply too many cumulative issues with his behavior and apparent inability, unwillingness, or blatant disregard in terms of refraining from taking actions which he has been expressly warned against countless times. Telling the BOG not to make necessary posts in order to keep the draft organized because it was somehow "unfair" to him, was the last straw. Once again insinuating himself into league business, even after being warned I would hold a vote for his removal today, is taking the last straw and lighting it on fire. It might not seem like these are major incidents, but when you combine everything he has been told not to do, with the "innocent and naive" act that I am no longer excusing, and practical refusal to follow directions, he's done more and been given more leeway than all of the other GM's combined.

It's also not the first time his removal has been called for, so I suggest we make this the last. It's time to end this.

I don't want to truly want to make it 2-0 because I think he is a nice kid, but he has been a thorn in a few people's sides and a nuisance for the BOG so I'll make the vote 2-0 in favour

I didn't want to either, but I held out as long as I could. I'm done.
I'm putting a roster freeze on NYI while we are determining the fate of the GM. Seems a prudent move in the circumstances.

I kinda feel bad for voting him out especially since he came up with the whole game and whether or not he's been annoying, he's provided us with some funny moments and conversation..........I'm on the fence.

But I completely understand your reasoning Rico and I'm thinking about which way my vote will go.

I get the sympathy and I hate being the "bad guy", but I do what needs to be done if I'm the one that has to do it.

Take your time and no pressure from me regardless of which way you vote.

He has done some really annoying things rico but this is one of those things I can pass off as ignorance. Rather than a drastic reaction I think a simple fix can be done.

- rangers gets booted out if he creates another pointless thread starting now.
- He turn his thread into the Buyout discussion thread instead.

I understand that maybe I've had too much patience towards Rangers' actions, but I'm going to vote against removal from the game. He's been an annoyance at times, but I don't want to set a precedent for the game where just cause someone's been annoying and not the sharpest tool in the shed, and thus gets kicked out. Plus, I'm in a pretty good mood after graduating (don't worry that's not the chief reason for my vote lol). Plus we already kicked him off the BOG which seems like enough to me at least.
