Both Francis and Kerins play primarily center...
Toffoli's not going to get a significantly better return than Reinhart
Francis has played centre in 13 of 22 games. If he is not a full time centre in junior fat chance he does that in the NHL. He is by prospect standards clearly a winger. Not good enough either he is undersized overager in the Q barely putting up a ppg. He wouldnt be in the habs top 15 prospects he doesnt move the needle.
Stromgren isnt even playing mens hockey he is still in the junior system in sweeden. He wouldnt be in the habs top 5 and potentially not even top 10 prospect atm.
You are vastly overvaluing those 2.
Sam reinhart went for Levi and a first. Levi at the point of trade was worth WAY more than Zary is now. Zary was a late 1st and hasnt done anything since to raise that stock. Levi was team canada starter.
Reinhart may be a bit better of a winger (He is not a centre his career average is less than 3 faceoffs per game) but not by much. Their ppg difference since the start of last season is .06 which is less than 5 points over 82 games. Toffoli actually has had a better goal scoring pace.
They both are UFA in 3 years and both will be in their primes over that span so age doesnt matter much
The gap between zary+1st is much smaller than what you proposed value wise
